This is the second property that Drickie sold for us and she did an outstanding job. She dressed the house for a photo shoot, the result looked like a Top Billing house. We would Not allow Show House or walk-through, only view by appointment and only on certain days of the week. We were not negotiable on the asking price. Drickie listed the house on Friday, the first prospective buyer viewed it the following Monday and offered the Full asking price which we accepted.
